4. Who receives your data
Your data is handled within VeloX Group. Where your request concerns a specific group company, such as Q-Access, GEMA or Struant, we share it with that company so it can help you. We also use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our website, CRM and email providers, under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
We aim to keep your data within the European Economic Area. If a service provider processes data outside the EEA, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep requests that do not lead to a business relationship for up to 24 months after our last contact. Data relating to customers, suppliers and partners is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as required by law, for example for accounting purposes. Event registration data is kept for up to 12 months after the event.
